“Built for Moore” Mentorship Program: Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: October 20, 2025
- Program Commitment: “Built for Moore” is a 10-month intensive mentorship journey. By enrolling, you (and your spouse, if applicable) commit to being an active and engaged participant. This includes attending all monthly group mentoring sessions and scheduled 1-on-1 coaching calls to the best of your ability.
- Confidentiality: A cornerstone of this program is trust. All information, discussions, and personal details shared by other members within the group cohort and in your private 1-on-1 sessions are to be held in the strictest confidence. A breach of confidentiality is grounds for immediate removal from the program without a refund.
- Payment Policy: You agree to the payment plan selected upon enrollment. For monthly and installment plans, a valid credit card must be kept on file for automatic billing. Payments are due on the 1st of each month. A grace period of 5 days will be granted, after which a late fee may be assessed. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or removal from the program.
- Refund Policy: Due to the high-touch, limited-capacity nature of this cohort, we do not offer refunds after the program launch date (January 8, 2026). If you must withdraw before the launch date, you may request a refund in writing (email) no later than December 15, 2025. All pre-launch refunds will be processed, less a 15% non-refundable deposit to cover administrative and onboarding costs.
- Disclaimer: Mike Moore Mentoring provides coaching, guidance, and education based on 41+ years of ministry experience. This program is not a substitute for licensed mental health therapy, financial, or legal advice. Participants are responsible for their own decisions and outcomes.
